- Representation of Buyers and Sellers in the Purchase and Sale Agreement: Represent clients (buyer or seller) in any residential real estate transaction, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating the Purchase and Sale Agreement to protect your interests and concerns.
- Title Examination and Issuance of Title Insurance: Review title examinations, resolve most title problems and issue Loan and Owner’s Title Insurance Policies to protect the lender’s and owner’s interest in the property.
- Condominium Conversions: Represent clients during all phases of condominium conversions, including drafting necessary condominium documents (master deed and declaration of trust); filing the condominium documents with appropriate Registry of Deeds; working with architects and engineers; reviewing necessary condominium plans; developing budgets and drafting Purchase and Sales Agreement and other necessary documents for the sale of each unit.
