Limited Assistance Representation
Some people find that the cost of full-service representation is prohibitive. Others want to retain control over their cases and turn to an attorney to coach them or assist in completing their paperwork. They prefer to retain primary control over their legal matters and appear in court themselves.
Cases like child custody settlement or division of pension benefits can be quite complex and technical. Some others are relatively straightforward.
